Office for Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnership
The Office for Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnership (DICP) at Harvard Medical School (HMS) was created to promote increased recruitment, retention, and advancement of diverse faculty, particularly underrepresented minority faculty. The included team has developed a multi-tiered communications platform designed to capture the local efforts and national influence of one of the most respected engines for diversity
and inclusion.
THE Commonwealth FUND
included was asked to update the Commonwealth Fund brochure to accommodate a tri-fold piece that would encapsulate the program's main points and initiatives in an effort to drive them to a web platform for more details and information via QR code. This piece would allowing Harvard to consider how to update and refresh the brand in a clear and cost-effective manner through design extensions.

Unconscious Bias
Each day we make decisions based on our perceptions without realizing it. Ultimately, each decision can positively or negatively impact how we relate to others. included has set a visual platform for Harvard to discuss and identify the unconscious bias that students, faculty, staff, and the community experience daily.
